oo1 studio built the browser of oo1 studio app as a Free app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how our fullscreen browser operates, handles local data, and manages optional cloud synchronization.

1. Local Browsing & Optional Cloud Sync

By default, our browser is designed to operate locally on your device. We do not use third-party tracking SDKs (like Google Analytics) to monitor your behavior.

Optional Cloud Sync: We offer an optional Cloud Sync feature allowing you to back up your data across devices. If you choose to use this feature, we collect the following data:

• Email Address: Used strictly to authenticate your account via a secure One-Time Password (OTP).
• Browsing History & Settings: Your browsing history and custom hardware-aware settings (like corner radius) are securely transmitted and stored on our servers to provide the sync functionality.

If you do not log in to the Cloud Sync feature, none of this data is collected or transmitted off your device.

2. Data Security & Account Deletion

All data synced to our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS protocols. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your synced data or email address.

Your Right to Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your Cloud Sync account and all associated server data at any time. To do so, please visit our Account Deletion Guide or email us directly.

3. OutSync Hardware-Aware API

The browser utilizes the OutSync protocol to bridge the gap between your device and the web. OutSync shares physical design metrics—such as corner radius, safe-area padding, and system highlight colors—directly with the websites you visit.

• Privacy status: These are generic hardware measurements. They are not personal data and cannot be used to identify you personally. They are passed strictly locally to the rendering engine to optimize web UI layout, though your specific UI preferences may be backed up if you enable Cloud Sync.

4. GeckoView Engine & Local Storage

The App is built using the GeckoView rendering engine. All standard browsing data (such as cookies, cache, site preferences, and local storage) is handled directly by the engine and is stored locally on your device. You can clear this local data at any time using the App's built-in settings.

5. Device Permissions

The App itself does not use your Camera, Microphone, or Location in the background. However, websites you visit may request these permissions. The App will only grant a website access to these sensors if you explicitly approve the request in the Android system prompt.

6. Third-Party Websites

As a web browser, the App provides unfiltered access to the internet. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or data collection policies of the third-party websites you choose to visit.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
