oo1 studio built the the browser of oo1 studio app as a Free app. This service is provided by oo1 studio at no cost and is intended for use "as is". We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how our fullscreen browser operates without collecting your personal data.

We believe your browsing activity is your own business. We do not collect, store, transmit, or monetize any personal data.

2. Hardware-Aware Design API & Device Metrics

The core feature of this browser is its edge-to-edge, fullscreen design. To allow websites to adapt perfectly to your specific device, the App reads physical hardware metrics and passes them to the web pages you visit.

• What is shared: Physical screen metrics such as corner radius, safe area padding, notch cutouts, and component dimensions.
• Privacy status: These are generic hardware measurements. They are not personal data, they cannot be used to identify you personally, and they are never sent to our servers. This data is passed strictly locally to the rendering engine to optimize web UI layout.

3. GeckoView Engine & Local Storage

The App is built using the GeckoView rendering engine. Because of this, all standard browsing data (such as cookies, cache, site preferences, and local storage) is handled directly by the engine and is stored locally on your device.

You have full control over this data. You can clear your browsing history and local storage at any time using the App's built-in settings. We have no access to this local data.

4. Device Permissions

The App itself does not use your Camera, Microphone, or Location in the background. However, as a web browser, websites you visit may request these permissions (for example, a mapping website asking for your location or a video call website asking for camera access).

These permissions are handled on a per-session basis, and the App will only grant a website access to these sensors if you explicitly approve the request in the Android system prompt.

5. Third-Party Websites

As a web browser, the App provides unfiltered access to the internet. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or data collection policies of the third-party websites you choose to visit. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any website you interact with.
